HOUSE - TRIGG

Located about 300 metres east of Trigg Point, one of Perth's most popular surf spots, the superb elevated site enjoys panoramic views of the Indian Ocean to the north, west and south as well as natural coastal bushland and distant city glimpses.

The 10 metre fall from rear to front of the block necessitated some serious design work.We devised a four level scheme which comprises a three level element at the front and a two level element at the rear linked with a single level kitchen/family area.The plan wraps itself around a generous pool and courtyard.
