The site for this project is located in Dunsborough Lakes Estate and overlooks the 17th green and 18th tee of Dunsborough Lakes Golf Course.

Distant views to Geographe Bay are visible from first floor level so the living areas and master bedroom are located on the upper level. This also enables the main living areas and master bedroom to maximize use of cooling breezes in summer.

The relaxed design has a distinctly coastal/beachy flavour and draws inspiration from local coastal architecture. Strong simple form, open plan layout, passive solar design a northern courtyard and swimming pool all make for an extremely pleasant lifestyle.

A store for the owners motorised golf cart allows for easy access to the golf course through a rear gate.
