owners of this warehouse built in 1972 wanted a low cost refurbishment
to bring it up to a contemporary standard for office or retail space.
The
factor governing feasilbility was the provision of extra parking without
losing too much lettable area.
The
proposal is for a general refurbishment including new roofing, cladding,
glazing, sunscreening, rendering and internal refit.
